Hair Care Consultant

- TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional consultation to all customer with a comprehensive hair and scalp care plan
- To perform hair care therapy
- Follow up regularly with customers on their hair care results
- Ensure customer receives sufficient and satisfactory answer after consultation session.

- Malaysian Female ages 18 – 45
- Able to speak English & Malay

Responsibilities:
- Oversee entire outlet and ensure smooth operations
- Analyse, maintain and improve internal systems and processes
- Coach and train the sales team to help them achieve store sales targets
- Ensure the store is well maintained and merchandised according to Company SOP
- Oversee the inventory, product ordering and pricing
- Monitor outlet staffs working schedule
- Provide a welcomed environment for customers and hair care consultants
Requirements:
- Experienced in retail operation and retail sales.
- Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level in any field.
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Management, Sales, Customer service, People Oriented, Retail Operation Management.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Personal Care/Beauty/Fitness Service or equivalent.
