Ha'Labo provides non-medical hair and scalp care services using herbal-based products, powered by the HERBATECH Revival System. Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment — if you have a medical condition, please consult a qualified medical practitioner. Individual results may vary from person to person.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be booked through our website, WhatsApp or at any outlet.
Please arrive on time; late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
Kindly give us at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.
We may occasionally need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, and will notify you as early as possible.

3. Prices, Payments & Promotions

All prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). Promotions are subject to their own specific terms, are valid for a limited period only and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.

4. Returns & Refunds
